Accountabilities:

The Content Strategist, AI & Storytelling will lead content creation and optimization efforts by combining editorial expertise, AI capabilities, and data insights to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

• Own content production across a variety of formats, including blog articles, SEO content, research reports, thought leadership pieces, advertisements, emails, social media, landing pages, and in-product messaging.
• Use AI writing tools effectively to accelerate content creation, improve workflows, and scale production while maintaining quality, originality, and brand consistency.
• Develop structured AI workflows, prompts, and content frameworks that generate strong first drafts while ensuring final editorial review and refinement.
• Partner with data scientists and analysts to identify meaningful insights from research, customer feedback, and datasets, transforming complex information into engaging stories.
• Turn data points and research findings into compelling narratives, headlines, content angles, and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain content calendars in collaboration with marketing, campaign, and channel teams.
• Adapt messaging and tone across different audiences and platforms while preserving a consistent and recognizable brand voice.
• Create and maintain AI content resources, including prompt libraries, editorial guidelines, and reference materials.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure AI-assisted content remains authentic, distinctive, and aligned with quality standards.
• Identify and improve generic or low-quality AI-generated content to ensure all materials provide valuable perspectives and meaningful insights.
• Support SEO initiatives by creating content optimized for organic discovery and audience engagement.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and high editorial standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced content professional with strong storytelling abilities, editorial judgment, and a practical understanding of AI-powered content creation.

• 5+ years of experience in content writing, content strategy, editorial, or marketing communications, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across long-form and short-form content.
• Strong hands-on experience using AI writing tools as part of a professional content creation workflow.
• Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated content while maintaining originality, clarity, personality, and strategic intent.
• Proven experience working with data, research findings, or analytics to develop compelling narratives and actionable insights.
• Ability to interpret data visualizations and create content that explains and amplifies insights rather than simply describing them.
• Experience writing for SaaS, technology, or data-driven brands, preferably in a marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and organic content strategies.
• Ability to understand and replicate a brand voice across multiple formats and platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering across marketing, creative, product, and analytics teams.
• Strong editorial instincts with a focus on specificity, originality, and creating content with a clear point of view.
