This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Contract Vehicle Manager. In this vital role, you will play a key part in shaping the procurement operations across multiple organizational divisions, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Your ability to strategize, execute, and manage contract vehicles while collaborating with various stakeholders will have a significant impact on our partner's operational efficiency. This position also offers the opportunity to influence how we engage with complex contract vehicles across diverse markets, including State, Local, Education, Federal, and UK sectors. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies for managing procurement vehicles in various markets, including IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and cooperative purchasing agreements.
- Partner with internal teams to submit proposals for new government-wide contract vehicles.
- Conduct compliance reviews to ensure active vehicles align with FAR and DFARS regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve performance issues.
- Track contract modifications and ensure timely reporting to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Review budget performance and contract spending trends to inform sourcing strategies.
- Manage all phases of the contract lifecycle, from solicitation and negotiation to award, modifications, and closeout.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in managing procurement paths and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of government contract types and acquisition procedures.
- Experience selling into Government customers is preferred.
- Ability to navigate legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly FAR and DFARS.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills when managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation skills and familiarity with contract types (fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, T&M).
- Experience using and building with AI tools is a plus.
