This senior communications leadership role sits at the center of corporate narrative and enterprise storytelling, shaping how the organization is perceived across business, technology, financial, and enterprise audiences. You will define and drive integrated communications strategies that elevate corporate reputation while strengthening B2B positioning in a rapidly evolving AI and productivity landscape. The role spans executive visibility, product storytelling, media relations, and issues management, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams including product, sales, legal, finance, policy, and investor relations. A key focus will be translating complex business and product narratives into clear, compelling stories for enterprise decision-makers and the broader market. This role also plays a critical part in managing high-stakes communications moments, including corporate announcements, earnings support, and crisis situations. Accountabilities:
- Lead the development and execution of corporate communications strategies that strengthen reputation across business, technology, financial, and enterprise audiences.
- Shape and deliver messaging around company strategy, financial performance, AI transformation, product innovation, customer impact, and market opportunity.
- Support key corporate moments including earnings, leadership announcements, strategic partnerships, customer milestones, and major company-wide initiatives.
- Manage proactive and reactive communications, including issues and crisis communications in partnership with Legal, Security, Policy, and Investor Relations teams.
- Build and lead enterprise and B2B communications programs that clearly articulate value to CIOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
- Develop integrated storytelling and media strategies for product launches, customer narratives, research insights, and industry campaigns.
- Drive executive communications and thought leadership, including messaging frameworks, speaking engagements, op-eds, and media preparation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business and technology media, analysts, and key external stakeholders to amplify corporate and product narratives.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and internal communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or communications leadership, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, cloud, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to design and execute communications strategies that support business growth and enhance corporate reputation.
- Strong track record of securing high-quality earned media coverage across business, technology, and enterprise outlets.
- Exceptional writing, messaging, storytelling, and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience advising senior executives and preparing leaders for media interviews, public speaking, and high-visibility communications moments.
- Strong understanding of issues management, crisis communications, and fast-moving reputational challenges.
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance, product, sales, marketing, and policy stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise audiences and B2B decision-makers, including CIOs, IT leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, ambiguous environments with sound judgment and strong news sense.
- Experience in public company communications, AI, or enterprise productivity domains is a strong plus.
