Accountabilities:

The Creative Strategist will manage the full lifecycle of paid social growth initiatives, combining audience research, creative development, campaign execution, and client communication. The role will play a key part in developing strategies that improve advertising performance and help brands scale efficiently.

• Research audience motivations, pain points, objections, and desired outcomes through social listening, customer reviews, competitor analysis, and online communities.
• Develop customer personas and identify creative angles, messaging strategies, and opportunities that resonate with target audiences.
• Write high-performing ad copy, including hooks, scripts, concepts, and messaging for different paid social formats.
• Lead creative direction by guiding production decisions, visual storytelling, and brand consistency across advertising assets.
• Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, testing, and optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and CPL to identify successful creative strategies.
• Turn performance data into actionable recommendations that improve campaign outcomes.
• Manage client relationships by leading strategy discussions, presenting insights, setting meeting agendas, and maintaining clear documentation.
• Take ownership of projects, proactively identifying opportunities and solving challenges independently.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a performance-focused marketer with strong copywriting abilities, hands-on paid social experience, and the confidence to manage both strategy and client relationships. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong direct-response copywriting skills with the ability to create messaging that connects with audiences and drives action.
• Experience developing advertising concepts across formats such as UGC scripts, advertorials, unboxing videos, POV ads, and other creative formats.
• Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics, including CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, and CPL.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to guide creative and strategic decisions.
• Ability to independently manage projects, communicate priorities, and overcome obstacles.
• Confidence leading client conversations and presenting marketing strategies and performance insights.
• Experience working in a marketing agency, e-commerce, or performance-driven environment is preferred.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable results is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing direct-response advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes such as conversions, purchases, or lead generation is preferred.
