As a Creative Strategist, you will lead the creative vision behind high-performing paid social campaigns for fast-growing eCommerce brands across platforms such as TikTok and Meta. You will combine creative thinking, consumer psychology, and performance data to develop advertising strategies that drive measurable business results. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, content creation, and growth, giving you the opportunity to influence campaigns from concept to execution. You will collaborate with creative teams, editors, designers, and clients to transform ideas into engaging, conversion-focused content. Accountabilities:
- Lead creative strategy for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, developing concepts that improve engagement and conversion performance.
- Transform product insights and customer understanding into compelling hooks, creative angles, messaging frameworks, and ad scripts.
- Collaborate closely with editors, designers, and content creators to bring creative concepts to life.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities, optimize creative direction, and inform future strategies.
- Monitor emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform developments to create relevant and attention-grabbing content.
- Own the creative feedback loop across multiple accounts, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with performance goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of editors and creators, supporting high-quality content production and collaboration.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards, platform requirements, and performance objectives.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients while keeping projects aligned and focused.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a creative strategy role within a performance marketing agency, eCommerce brand, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UGC content, social-first creative strategies, and conversion-focused advertising.
- Deep knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms, including their different creative approaches and performance dynamics.
- Ability to think strategically about hooks, opening moments, storytelling, and messaging frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and support creative decisions with data.
- Experience leading content production workflows and collaborating with creative teams.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, or the ability to effectively communicate with editors and understand production processes.
- Strong copywriting abilities and the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage timelines, feedback cycles, and multiple priorities.
- Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.
