In this role, you will lead the development and optimization of cross-channel lifecycle marketing programs, leveraging customer insights, data analytics, and AI-powered tools to enhance every stage of the customer journey. Working closely with creative, product, engineering, data science, and customer experience teams, you will build scalable campaigns that increase retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value. The position offers the chance to influence customer engagement strategy while experimenting with innovative marketing technologies in a highly collaborative, data-driven environment.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple CRM channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and other customer touchpoints.
- Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, testing, and optimization of CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Service to deliver seamless, personalized customer experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and lifecycle metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting for key stakeholders.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and CRM technologies to improve campaign development, content creation, workflow efficiency, and personalization.
- Partner with marketing technology providers and CRM platforms to build, launch, and optimize sophisticated customer journeys.
- Explore emerging marketing technologies, AI capabilities, and personalization strategies to continuously enhance lifecycle marketing programs.
- Provide project leadership while mentoring junior team members or coordinating external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce lifecycle marketing.
- Proven expertise managing multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, push notifications, and SMS.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, retention marketing, personalization, and customer engagement best practices.
- Experience leading marketing initiatives and mentoring junior team members or managing external vendors.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate technical, creative, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to design, test, measure, and optimize large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar large language models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within apparel retail, subscription-based businesses, or similar consumer-focused industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or machine learning-driven marketing solutions is considered an asset.
