Accountabilities:
The Customer Experience Data Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights, improving operational workflows, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through data analysis and process optimization. Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with customer operations experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, customer operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience writing complex queries and working with large datasets.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Python or R for advanced reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of experimentation methods, including A/B testing and basic causal analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, workflow tools, and digital collaboration systems.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, documentation, analytics, or customer support technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
