We are seeking a technically skilled Customer Success Engineer to partner with customers across the APJ region, helping them achieve measurable value through proactive guidance and enablement. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in DevSecOps and cloud technologies to provide hands-on support, deliver technical workshops, and drive adoption across the software delivery lifecycle. You will work closely with account teams to align solutions with customer goals, contributing to renewals and expansion while sharing knowledge internally to support team growth. The role combines technical problem-solving, clear communication, and a customer-focused mindset in a fully remote, asynchronous environment. Ideal candidates are motivated to grow into technical leadership roles, thrive in complex problem-solving, and are comfortable mentoring both colleagues and customers.
Accountabilities:
- Provide technical consultancy and solution guidance to customers through video calls and written communication.
- Deliver workshops, demos, and enablement sessions to drive product adoption and customer success.
- Align technical recommendations with customer objectives and account plans, supporting renewals and expansion.
- Offer guidance on best practices across source code management, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning.
- Maintain and grow expertise in platform capabilities and relevant technical tooling.
- Contribute to internal and external documentation, tutorials, and enablement content.
- Mentor colleagues and customers to foster technical competency and continuous learning.
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and communicating risks, status, and next steps.
Requirements:
- Background in software development, systems engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on technical experience).
- Experience providing technical consultancy or guidance to customers, either remotely or in-person.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, source code management, and Agile practices.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in writing and verbally.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive meaningful outcomes for customers.
- Comfortable collaborating with account and sales teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Interest or experience in delivering technical workshops, demos, or enablement sessions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Willingness to engage with customers across the APJ region and adapt communication style to diverse cultures.
