We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to support and grow enterprise accounts across Europe, ensuring customers achieve measurable value from a cutting-edge AI-enabled platform. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, working closely with procurement and supply chain leaders to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. You will partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs, optimize onboarding, and translate platform usage into tangible business outcomes. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, direct impact on enterprise client success, and opportunities to shape scalable processes within a fast-growing, innovative environment. Fluency in English is essential, and experience with multi-stakeholder organizations will be key to driving results.
Accountabilities:
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, leading onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion to deliver measurable business impact.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, aligning teams around execution and successful platform adoption.
- Translate platform usage into quantifiable outcomes, including cost savings, risk reduction, and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and refine scalable operating models, playbooks, and customer-facing materials to accelerate adoption and strengthen execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues, advocate for customer priorities, and enhance the product experience.
- Drive initiatives that support long-term customer success, including value realization programs and change management in complex organizations.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of professional experience, with 3–5+ years managing enterprise SaaS accounts.
- Proven success in onboarding, driving adoption, managing renewals, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable leading multi-stakeholder organizations and complex customer initiatives.
- English fluency required; German business proficiency preferred for DACH region accounts.
- Experience in Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Procurement industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, high initiative, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable customer insights.
- Experience in defining processes, playbooks, and frameworks for enterprise-scale SaaS adoption.
