Accountabilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex workforce development projects from strategy through successful execution.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand organizational challenges and design effective workforce solutions.
- Apply expertise in learning theories, leadership development, workplace culture, and future workforce trends to guide project strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions with senior executives, leadership teams, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to create human-centered, innovative, and impactful solutions.
- Review project risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation plans while escalating issues when necessary.
- Coach and support team members by providing direction, feedback, and expertise throughout project delivery.
- Manage client relationships by ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand support for existing and future client initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of current research, trends, and best practices in workforce development, learning, and organizational transformation.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, complex projects within consulting, organizational development, design, or related environments.
- Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, staffing, and delivery risks.
- Ability to motivate, guide, and manage multidisciplinary teams toward successful results.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executives.
- Experience facilitating workshops and strategic discussions with C-suite members, boards, or organizational leaders.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution and effective problem-solving.
- Interest in or experience with human-centered design, innovation methodologies, and inclusive approaches.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and contribute creative solutions to complex workforce challenges.
