We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager - Events to lead and execute high-impact B2B events across North America. This role oversees both company-owned and third-party events, driving lead generation, accelerating sales pipeline, and creating engaging experiences that support broader marketing and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to plan, manage, and analyze events from strategy through post-event reporting. The position offers an exciting opportunity to innovate event strategies, manage complex logistics and budgets, and optimize event performance through actionable insights. This fully remote role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of owned and third-party B2B events, including strategy, planning, logistics, and on-site management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pre-event preparation, post-event follow-up, and pipeline acceleration.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and external agencies, ensuring cost efficiency and quality execution.
- Track KPIs, measure ROI, and report event performance using Salesforce and marketing tools.
- Align events with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Apply innovative event technologies and formats to enhance audience engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior leadership to continuously optimize event performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B events with measurable lead generation and pipeline impact.
- Proven ability to assess event sponsorships and develop business-driving opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (lead management, dashboards, reporting) and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex events, large budgets, and international stakeholders.
- Skilled in project management tools such as Microsoft Lists and Asana.
- Experience in vendor negotiation, onboarding, and internal procurement systems (e.g., Coupa).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to measure event KPIs and ROI.
- Fluency in English; East Coast time zone availability required to coordinate with EMEA teams.
