This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ECommerce Manager - REMOTE. This role is critical in establishing and managing the Digital Shelf function across eCommerce retailers and marketplaces. As an ECommerce Manager, you will not only develop content strategies but also analyze performance metrics that directly impact our digital visibility and sales growth. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize our digital store fronts and ensure maximum impact and effectiveness of our online presence, ultimately promoting consumer health through our products.
Accountabilities
- Own and develop a content project management system for content deployment across retailer.com and marketplaces.
- Responsible for managing content syndication internal and external PIMs and DAMs.
- Direct digital shelf ownership of key accounts and oversee the syndication across Content, Search, and Ratings and Reviews.
- Manage reporting for various stakeholders on content performance and digital shelf KPIs.
- Guide cross-functional teams on best practices for distributor media and marketing activations.
- Identify new content opportunities and technology partners to enhance digital shelf presence.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in ecommerce or digital content management within consumer packaged goods.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital shelf execution across major retailers.
- Hands-on experience with content syndication platforms, PIMs, and DAMs.
- Strong understanding of content requirements, SEO fundamentals, and merchandising principles.
- Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
