In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing new solutions within the revenue cycle. Your expertise in designing and configuring modules will contribute significantly to the efficiency of healthcare processes. You will oversee testing procedures and ensure that software upgrades align with organizational standards. Accountabilities
- Understand facility department processes and assess workflows.
- Identify gaps and define changes for new solutions.
- Design, build, and configure modules and supporting applications.
- Create test scripts for end-to-end workflow testing.
- Lead cross-functional projects using project management skills.
- Communicate project status and issues effectively.
- Participate in and lead meetings, reporting updates to management.
- Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Visio.
- Experience in leading teams and providing constructive feedback.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects under deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of HL7 concepts in a healthcare applications environment.
- 5+ years in clinical, revenue cycle, business, or technical background preferred.
