These native advertising placements are seamlessly integrated into the user experience, helping entertainment brands reach highly engaged audiences who are actively looking for something to watch.

As part of the team, you'll help launch, optimise, and analyse campaigns for some of the world's leading entertainment brands.

At JustWatch, you'll work with leading movie studios and streaming platforms, helping millions of entertainment fans discover what to watch next. From Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and Apple TV to major Hollywood studios and local distributors, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how entertainment marketing works on a global scale.

What you will be doing

• 🚀 Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns using our custom-built internal tools

• 🎬 Work with exciting entertainment content ranging from arthouse films and TV premieres to global blockbuster releases.

• 📊 Analyse campaigns, create reports, and provide actionable insights that help studios, streaming, and agency partners achieve their goals.

• 📈 Improve campaign performance through testing, optimisation, and data-driven decision-making

• 🧠 Support creating audience strategies and media plans, ensuring every title reaches the right viewers at the right time.

• 🔍 Analyse platform and audience data to identify trends and uncover new opportunities for our partners.

• ⚙️ Help improve our internal tools, processes, and advertising products by working closely with our technical and product teams.

What we need from you

• 🎥 Passion for film and TV!

• 📈 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (ideally Paid Social), ad operations, or campaign management

• 🚀 A hands-on mentality and a willingness to take full ownership of campaign execution, from setup and troubleshooting to optimisation and reporting.

• 🧩 Meticulous person with strong attention to detail

• 📚 Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

• 🇬🇧 Excellent English skills. German or any other EU language is considered a plus.

• Most importantly, we're looking for people who are motivated, eager to learn, and excited to create value. If you don't tick every box, don’t worry; we hire for the attitude, values, and personality.
