Are you a proven closer with a history of excelling in the PEO sales landscape? Do you thrive on a relentless pursuit of new business and come equipped with a network of relationships that can be leveraged immediately? Justworks is looking for a Senior Account Executive who isn't just looking for a job - they're looking to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This role is for a seasoned professional who understands the modern SaaS sales cycle and has a deep, innate knowledge of the PEO space, likely coming from a competitor. This isn't a ramp-up role; this is a "slide in and close" opportunity.
Your primary mission is to expand our user base and drive significant growth. You'll be the face of Justworks, building trust with business owners and evangelizing our product suite in the small business world. Your success is measured by your ability to manage your own book of business, build and manage a complete end-to-end sales pipeline, and consistently exceed your quotas.

This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position is targeted at $105,000.00 - $105,000.00 in our California offices, and competitive On-Target Earnings, inclusive of incentive compensation, of *$255,000.00 - $255,000.00. Final offers may vary from those listed. *Incentive compensation is not guaranteed, and earning is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive compensation plan.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
