Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be expected to drive project success through a combination of technical expertise, advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication for all Kodiak Automated Reconciliation engagements, to include Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare Implementation and Parallel Services, Front-end Reconciliation Consulting, and Remote Assistance Consulting engagements. You will be responsible for guiding teams, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. Your role will require proactive risk management, effective scope and timeline oversight, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs to drive success for our customers as well as Kodiak.
Qualifications:
- Relationship management with customer leaders at all levels
- Develop project timelines, implementation steps, milestones, internal and external communication strategies, governance frameworks, and change management plans in coordination with Kodiak and customer leadership
- Ensure high quality execution of all project deliverables
- Consistently anticipate internal and customer needs and adapt project communications accordingly
- Coordinate and/or oversee coordination (where applicable) of project meetings and all related deliverables such as agendas, minutes, action items, and follow through of next steps to continue to move the project forward
- Foster an environment of ownership of project and customer success
- Develop and manage internal project finance processes
- Manage project scope according to statement of work or engagement letter; identify opportunities for change orders including creating and seeing through change orders
- Support customer invoicing and billing processes
- Experience: minimum of 3-6 years of relevant, in-depth health care experience required.
- Consulting Expertise: Previous experience in professional services or consulting role is essential, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Technical Proficiency & Certification: Strong technical knowledge of fundamental concepts related to general accounting, treasury and reconciliation reporting is expected. Healthcare experience, such as patient accounting system and cash posting workflow knowledge, a plus. CPA and/or HFMA certification is a plus.
- Leadership & Project Management: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, guide cross-functional teams, and interact with all levels of customer and internal staff.
- Analytical & Financial Skills: Financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must. Should be experienced working with large complex data sets, writing Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g. XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and/or INDEXMATCH), and large data file manipulation.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills are a must.
- Experience with project/workflow and Smartsheet is a plus.
- Travel requirement - up to 20%.
