KOHO is looking for an Analytics Engineer, Product to build and scale robust product reporting pipelines that power complex product launches across our Payments, Credit, and Subscriptions domains. Embedded within the Product Analytics org, you'll partner closely with Product Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineering teams on multi-month builds, ensuring our data infrastructure keeps pace with ambitious product initiatives.

This is a new role bridging analytics engineering excellence with product analytics needs. You'll own the technical backbone that enables our product teams to make data-driven decisions at scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex product pipeline builds: Design and develop scalable data pipelines supporting cross-domain product launches in Payments, Credit, and Subscriptions, from scoping through delivery

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product Analysts and Product Managers to define data requirements, while analysts continue owning pipelines alongside you

• Build product reporting infrastructure: Create reliable, performant marts and models that power product dashboards and self-service analytics

• Design scalable data models: Apply modeling frameworks (one big table, entity tables, Kimball) tailored to product analytics use cases

• Optimize and monitor: Maintain pipeline health, optimize query performance, and implement data quality monitoring

• Enable the team: Document solutions, establish best practices, and help upskill Product Analysts on pipeline development

• Integrate cross-functional data: Work across domain boundaries to unify product data into cohesive reporting structures

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar data roles

• Advanced DBT expertise: Comfortable with various materializations, such as incremental, table, view, etc. Familiar with snapshots, variables, macros, and jinja.

• Strong SQL skills with a focus on query optimization and performance

• Experience with modern data stack: DBT Core and/orDBT Cloud, Git. A plus if experience with Redshift.

• Collaborative mindset: You thrive working alongside analysts, PMs, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong communicator: You adapt communication to different audiences and connect technical work to product outcomes

• Proactive problem-solver: You identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative without waiting to be asked

• AI-curious: Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or consumer product environments

• Background working embedded within product or analytics teams

• Experience with Payments, Credit, or Subscription product domains

KOHO est à la recherche d’un(e) ingénieur(e) analytique, Produit, pour concevoir et faire évoluer des pipelines de reporting produit robustes qui soutiennent des lancements de produits complexes dans nos domaines Paiements, Crédit et Abonnements. Intégré(e) à l’équipe d’analytique produit, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les analystes produit, les gestionnaires de produit et les équipes d’ingénierie sur des projets s’échelonnant sur plusieurs mois, afin de vous assurer que notre infrastructure de données suit le rythme de nos initiatives produit ambitieuses. Il s’agit d’un nouveau rôle qui fait le pont entre l’excellence en ingénierie analytique et les besoins en analytique produit. Vous serez responsable de l’ossature technique qui permet à nos équipes produit de prendre des décisions basées sur les données, à grande échelle.

Ce que vous ferez

• Piloter des pipelines produit complexes : Concevoir et développer des pipelines de données évolutifs soutenant des lancements de produits multi-domaines en Paiements, Crédit et Abonnements, de la définition des besoins jusqu’à la livraison.

• Collaborer de façon interfonctionnelle : Travailler en partenariat avec les analystes produit et les gestionnaires de produit pour définir les exigences en données, tout en codétenant les pipelines avec les analystes.

• Construire l’infrastructure de reporting produit : Créer des marts et des modèles fiables et performants qui alimentent les tableaux de bord produit et l’analytique en libre-service.

• Concevoir des modèles de données évolutifs : Appliquer des cadres de modélisation (one big table, tables d’entités, Kimball) adaptés aux cas d’usage de l’analytique produit.

• Optimiser et surveiller : Assurer la santé des pipelines, optimiser la performance des requêtes et implanter des mécanismes de surveillance de la qualité des données.

• Outiller l’équipe : Documenter les solutions, établir les meilleures pratiques et contribuer à faire monter en compétence les analystes produit en développement de pipelines.

• Intégrer des données inter-domaines : Travailler au-delà des frontières des domaines pour unifier les données produit dans des structures de reporting cohérentes.

Profil recherché

• 3+ ans d’expérience en ingénierie analytique, en ingénierie des données ou dans des rôles similaires axés sur les données.

• Expertise avancée en DBT : À l’aise avec les différentes matérialisations (incremental, table, view, etc.) et familier(ère) avec les snapshots, variables, macros et Jinja.

• Solides compétences en SQL, avec un accent sur l’optimisation et la performance des requêtes.

• Expérience avec une stack de données moderne : DBT Core et/ou DBT Cloud, Git; un atout si expérience avec Redshift.

• Esprit collaboratif : Vous aimez travailler avec des analystes, des PM et des ingénieur(e)s pour traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions techniques.

• Excellente communication : Capacité d’adapter votre message selon l’audience et de relier le travail technique aux résultats produit.

• Proactif(ive) dans la résolution de problèmes : Vous identifiez des occasions d’amélioration et prenez des initiatives sans attendre qu’on vous le demande.

• Curieux(se) de l’IA : Expérience ou fort intérêt pour l’utilisation d’outils d’IA afin d’améliorer les flux de travail de développement.
