As a member of the Global IT Support Team, you will be part of the Global IT Service Delivery function, providing technical and software distribution services across the globe. This role demands strong coordination, technical analysis, and adherence to IT processes to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management:
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
To achieve these goals required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT.
1–3 years experience in a Windows environment
