In order to strengthen our team in Athens area, we are looking for an administration specialist to join our existing successful field service team as:

ADMINISTRATOR (she/he)

 Tasks in KONECRANES :

• Agreement and asset creation and/or review
• Purchase order receiving
• Order book management
• Invoicing and A/R collections
• Month end closing
• Base reconciliation
• Financial report running
• Expense processing
• Initiate customer master data setup
• other administrative tasks as required

Ideal candidate should have/be:

• accurate working style
• economical education
• safe handling of MS Office-systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• ability and willingness to learn and work independently
• fluent language knowledge in Greek and English written and verbal
• knowledge of ERP (Business central is a plus)
• on top you convince by our open minded, friendly and communicative characteristic as well as with your engagement and your reliability

Location of job: Athens office
