As Team Lead, Employment & Rewards you will lead the Employment & Rewards service area within the People Operations Service Center, covering Employee Lifecycle and Compensation & Benefits operational services. You are accountable for service performance, quality, customer experience, team effectiveness and continuous improvement within your area of responsibility.

The role requires close cooperation with global process owners, the People & Culture Network, Rewards Competence Center, managers, HRIS and IT teams, and other People Operations teams. You are expected to take ownership of daily operations, people leadership and process development, while aligning significant service model, organisational or process changes with your direct manager.

Responsibilities and focus:

Operational leadership and service ownership

  • Lead and continuously elevate the Employment & Rewards service area, driving excellence in service quality, operational performance and employee experience.
  • Proactively monitor service delivery, customer satisfaction and key performance indicators, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.
  • Shape team capacity and capabilities, balancing workloads while anticipating and mitigating service delivery and quality risks.

Team leadership and people management

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing Employment & Rewards team, fostering a culture of service excellence, collaboration and customer focus.
  • Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle within the team, including performance management, coaching, talent development, employee relations and succession planning.
  • Empower team members to grow and succeed through meaningful career conversations, continuous feedback and development opportunities, while ensuring the right capabilities are in place to support business needs.

Employee Lifecycle service ownership

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality Employee Lifecycle services, ensuring seamless support across organisation management, employee movements, exits and related workforce data processes.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining the highest standards of HR data quality, process compliance and transaction accuracy across the Employee Lifecycle service area.
  • Enable a smooth and positive employee experience by ensuring efficient, reliable and compliant people processes throughout the employment journey.

Rewards service ownership

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality Compensation & Benefits services, ensuring seamless execution of reward programmes, incentive schemes and annual compensation processes.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring process quality, system readiness and a consistent, customer-focused service experience across all Compensation & Benefits activities.
  • Continuously enhance reward operations through process optimisation, strong governance and a commitment to delivering accurate, efficient and scalable solutions.

Systems, reporting and quality management

  • Drive the effective utilisation and continuous development of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they support business needs and enhance the Employment & Rewards employee experience.
  • Lead system and process improvements through data-driven insights, reporting and analysis, helping to optimise efficiency, compliance and service quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful testing, change management and system enhancements, ensuring smooth adoption and sustainable outcomes.

Who you are:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven success in leading and developing teams, with experience managing diverse and geographically distributed team members considered an advantage.
  • A strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and making sound decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to translate business needs into practical solutions, streamline operations and successfully lead change and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build alignment across functions and levels without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and digital capabilities, including advanced Excel skills, confidence in leveraging technology and a curiosity for AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, quality and employee experience.
  • Experience contributing to or leading projects related to service transitions, process optimisation, HR technologies or system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

The role sits in our global People Operations organization that is focused on providing operational People process and administration support, contribute developing P&C operational excellence, and improving employee experience. 
 
Location: Preferably in Tallinn. There should be a possibility to work from the office whenever there is a business need. Hybrid working is an integral part of our modern ways of working.
