Kontakt.io is building the platform that care operations run on.
We reduce waste, cut costs, and improve throughput in hospitals by automating and orchestrating clinical workflows. Using AI, real-time location data (RTLS), and deep EHR integration, our platform enables care teams to operate with real-time intelligence and financial discipline, improving outcomes for patients and operators alike.
We are trusted by leading U.S. health systems including HCA, Sutter Health, Advent Health, Trinity Health, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Backed by Goldman Sachs, we have scaled rapidly over the last two years and are now building the foundation required for the next phase of durable, disciplined hyper growth.
We are hiring a CFO to own that foundation.
Why this role is compelling
- High-growth business with disciplined cash management and low burn, scaling toward $200M ARR
- Powerful macro and technology tailwinds as AI adoption accelerates across U.S. healthcare operations
- Unique moat combining proprietary real-world data creation with AI-driven operational workflows (Physical AI & real world models)
- Real enterprise adoption in healthcare operations, not experimentation
- Clean cap table with a strong anchor investor (Goldman Sachs)
- Established executive and finance team; this role raises the bar rather than building from zero
Why we are hiring a CFO
- This is a details-first CFO role with boardroom presence.
- We are looking for a CFO whose authority comes from precision, rigor, and an obsessive command of financial reality, not from storytelling or optics. This is a hands-on role for a finance leader who influences strategy by getting the fundamentals exactly right.
- You will be a true business partner to the CEO, CRO, CTO, and executive team, grounding ambition in financial correctness and surfacing risks early, before they become problems.
What you will own
- Accounting, revenue recognition, tax posture, cash forecasting, controls, compliance, and risk
- End-to-end finance operations: FP&A, budgeting, reporting, accounting, and legal / risk oversight
- Cash flow discipline and forecasting accuracy across bookings, revenue, and cash conversion
- Revenue recognition, commissions, hiring plans, and multi-entity structures, ensuring we never “grow ourselves into a problem”
- The financial narrative with the Board and investors, bringing clarity, rigor, and credibility
- Acting as an early-warning system for the CEO, surfacing signals, not surprises
What this role is not
- Not a pure strategist or fundraising-focused CFO role
- Not a COO-style operational role
- Not a narrative-first or optics-driven finance leader
What “great” looks like
- Proven SaaS CFO experience with deep hands-on accounting and financial rigor
- CPA or equivalent background preferred
- Clear track record owning cash forecasting, tax complexity, audits, and multi-entity structures
- Comfortable leading Board and investor conversations with confidence and clarity
- Experience managing international entities and teams (preferred)
- High-ownership mindset: pragmatic, direct, low-drama, and execution-orientedHealthcare experience helpful, but not required
- Intuitively gets and breathes the P&L and KPIs

In short
This role is for a CFO whose instinct is precision, who is deeply hands-on, and who earns influence by being consistently correct.
