The Delivery & Data Excellence team works to improve the value and impact of compliance work through standardizing technology and exploring data analytics and new technology. The Opportunity:
- We're looking for a Manager or Assistant Manager to join our Private Enterprise team in Wellington. You'll have the opportunity to utilize new technology and processes to deliver and review accurate and timely enterprise technical services of varying levels of complexity to the business.
- You will have the opportunity to 'own' the delivery of your work and contribute to the resolution of complex compliance accounting and tax issues that result in client satisfaction.

Day to day you will:
- Review of annual financial statements for junior team members, providing feedback and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and taxation standards.
- Potential to be involved in the preparation of some of our more complex group engagements, if required.
- Assist junior team members to prioritise work effectively to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Contribute to our high-performance team culture with an innovative approach to the delivery of our technical accounting work.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team and identify any development or training needs.
- Recognize business development opportunities and be able to build key business relationships.
