The opportunity:

The Design Coordinator in our Brand team plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of design services across the firm and enabling access to the firm's research and insights resources. • Keep project information, deadlines and status updates accurate and up to date within Monday.com.
  • Work closely with the Design Team Lead to monitor workload, flag competing priorities and help keep projects moving.
  • Schedule design briefings, team meetings and other project-related meetings as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external providers, including printers, photographers and other suppliers as required.
  • Maintain organised design folders, resources and project documentation so information is easy to find, use and manage.
  • Support stakeholders in using the firm’s research and insights tools and accessing relevant information.
  • Assist the wider Brand Team with general administration, including internal brand content, tools and resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, streamline workflows and enhance the stakeholder experience, including through AI, automation and digital tools.
