Step into a role at the heart of our people experience. As a Talent Coordinator at KPMG, you'll be instrumental in guiding great individuals into the firm—from their initial interaction all the way to their first day in Aotearoa and beyond.
Your main focus will be on Global Mobility, aiding our Talent Acquisition team in ensuring both local and global resourcing aligns with the demands of our rapidly growing, purpose-driven firm. This position offers a chance to contribute meaningfully to our global operations, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about mobility and talent management.
At KPMG, our mission is to foster prosperity for all New Zealanders—through the impactful work we do and the innovative methods we employ. In this role, you'll directly influence that mission by providing a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience for every candidate and international hire who joins us.
If you have a passion for people, an eye for detail, and the ambition to thrive in a global Big 4 environment, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in Talent management.
Day to day you will:
- Own key parts of our Global Mobility administration – support the coordination of international moves, remote working requests, and maintain accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding for international hires – work alongside our People Centre team to ensure new international joiners have a smooth, well‑communicated and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Coordinate end-to-end candidate logistics – scheduling interviews, managing invitations and confirmations, and ensuring candidates and interviewers have everything they need.
- Support candidate lifecycle administration – maintain accurate records, track applications in our systems, and help manage responses to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
- Manage shared inboxes for Global Mobility and Talent Acquisition – triaging and responding to queries from candidates, employees, and other KPMG member firms around the world.
- Enhance the candidate experience and our employer brand – help us show up brilliantly across our touchpoints and advertising channels, always looking for ways to make things better, simpler and more engaging.
- Support the wider Talent team during peak periods – jump in on key campaigns, graduate or experienced hire intakes, events or projects when extra support is needed.
About you:
- Experience in coordination or administration, ideally within recruitment, HR, people operations, or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills – you’re comfortable juggling multiple moving parts, deadlines and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- Strong attention to detail – you care about accuracy and consistency, especially when it comes to candidate data, reporting and documentation.
- Confident communication skills – you write clear, professional emails and you’re comfortable interacting with candidates, employees and external stakeholders.
- A tech‑savvy mindset – you pick up new systems quickly and enjoy working with tools like applicant tracking systems, HR platforms and Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative attitude – you enjoy being part of a team, are happy to help wherever needed, and are motivated by delivering great service.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset – you’re keen to learn more about Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition and the broader People & Inclusion space.
