We’re now hiring a Senior Lawyer Success Manager to support our Lawyer Success team and manage a some portfolio of high-potential lawyers. This is more than a typical success role - you’ll mentor and guide Junior Lawyer Success Managers, influence processes, consolidate feedback, and act as a partial escalation point for complex consultant scenarios. You will also manage a portfolio of high-potential lawyers, helping them thrive on the platform while ensuring best practices across the team.
Whether you’ve worked in customer success, operations, legal tech, or managed professional services teams, this role is ideal if you’re ready to combine strategy, mentoring, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing startup environment.
Guide and mentor Junior Lawyer Success Managers, helping them develop their skills, confidence, and consistency.
Act as a partial escalation point for complex or high-risk consultant issues, providing guidance and decision-making support when required.
Foster a high-performance team culture, supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
Act as a leading voice in shaping and refining Lawyer Success workflows alongside the Lawyer Success Lead.
Identify operational gaps and propose actionable improvements to increase efficiency, clarity, and consultant satisfaction.
Support the rollout of scalable playbooks and ensure consistent adoption across the team.
Manage a strategic portfolio of consultants, focusing on activation, billing growth, and early adoption.
Conduct high-touch quarterly reviews and regular check-ins for ramping, complex or high-potential consultants.
Spot opportunities for growth and collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales on strategic initiatives.
Consolidate feedback from the Lawyer Success team and advocate for consultants internally.
Collaborate with Product and Legal Ops to identify friction points and propose improvements.
Ensure high-quality consultant training and knowledge sharing across the team.
Run group training sessions with consultants on new features and business initiatives.
Track portfolio-level metrics including engagement, churn, adoption, and growth.
Monitor team performance and provide insights to the Lawyer Success Lead on trends and improvement opportunities.
Use data to inform decisions, highlight opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
Have experience in customer success in a SaaS environment, account management, operations or a regulated tech environment.
Have a legal background or a background of working with lawyers.
Can build long-term, trusted relationships and communicate confidently.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, passionate about improving processes and outcomes.
Enjoy mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Thrive in an environment where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Are comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by shaping a growing company.
Legal training, such as an LLB or previous practice as a solicitor.
Experience supporting consultant lawyers, sole practitioners, or lawyers building their own book of business.
