At Liatrio, we enable real transformation. We help industry-leading enterprises break free from legacy systems and adopt AI that reshapes how teams build, deliver, and thrive at scale.
We partner directly with enterprise teams to embed AI-native practices into delivery by accelerating modernization, reducing risk, and shipping production-grade AI systems that set the standard for the industry.
Our people embed directly inside client organizations, leading hands-on AI enablement and transformations that reshape how entire enterprises build and operate at scale.
If you’re ready to lead real AI transformation, this is where you belong.
The Delivery Principal is accountable for engagement excellence on large, complex enterprise engagements — owning delivery quality, client relationships, client enablement, and team outcomes across a workstream or full engagement.
This is a senior leader who keeps delivery on track, clients confident, and teams at their best while driving meaningful change someone who reads an engagement clearly, gets ahead of problems before they surface, and acts decisively to course correct and guide clients forward.
You will actively work alongside the client, workshopping, pressure-testing ideas, mapping where value is lost and where it can be gained and co-create the path forward with them.
Own engagement delivery — accountable for execution of contractual obligations, delivery quality across all workstreams, and an excellent client experience from kickoff through completion
Ideate with clients on how to progress and solution the engagement — running value stream mapping, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities, and co-creating the delivery approach with client stakeholders rather than simply executing what's handed to you
Contribute to and evolve the overall strategy for the engagement — working closely with account leads, architects, and client stakeholders to ensure delivery stays aligned to business outcomes and AI transformation goals
Drive AI-first delivery — champion the integration of AI into engineering workflows, delivery pipelines, and client operations; help clients understand what AI-native ways of working look like in practice and build toward them
Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices, organizational change, and delivery strategy — guide clients through transformation, remove impediments, and advocate for what's right even when it's hard
Build and maintain strong client relationships at the senior stakeholder level — own the day-to-day relationship, anticipate what clients need, and make sure they always know where things stand
Maintain weekly and monthly updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder check-ins — surface risks early, manage expectations proactively, and keep leadership informed
Validate SOWs, resource forecasts, and invoicing accuracy
Identify opportunities for client expansion and support the sales team in positioning Liatrio for long-term partnership
Accountable for the morale, well-being, and performance of 1-2 work-streams of 4-8 team members ranging from Engineer to Principal Engineers
Provide weekly 1:1s, real-time feedback, and formal monthly and bi-annual reviews — focused on real growth, not just assessment
Support engineers at the first signs of struggle and balance delivery demands with individual capacity
Identify and map team capabilities to client needs; advise on hiring, onboarding, and rotation to keep teams healthy and prevent burnout
Leverage engagement insights to build accelerators and Liatrio IP that benefit future engagements
Actively contribute to how Liatrio thinks about delivery excellence and AI-first transformation
You've been the accountable delivery leader on large, complex enterprise engagements — not in an advisory capacity, but as the person responsible for outcomes across teams, workstreams, and client relationships
You know how to ideate with clients — you've run value stream mapping sessions, facilitated discovery, identified where the real bottlenecks are, and helped organizations understand what needs to change and why before jumping to solutions
You've led large enterprise DevOps and technology transformation programs — multi-team, multi-workstream, with the organizational friction, competing priorities, and legacy constraints that come with large organizations that have been operating the same way for years
You know how to read an engagement — you spot misalignment, delivery risk, team strain, and client dissatisfaction early, and you know how to address each one before they escalate
You've built and maintained strong client relationships at the senior stakeholder level — the kind built on trust and credibility, not just rapport
You've managed delivery at scale — keeping quality high, risk visible, and the team moving without burning people out
You've managed the commercial side of engagements — SOW accountability, resource forecasting, invoice accuracy, and the overall health of what you're responsible for
You have solid working knowledge of the modern delivery stack — DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, observability, and application development/modernization — enough to have credible conversations with your team and your clients about what's being built and why it matters
You've championed the integration of AI into delivery workflows and engineering teams in real enterprise environments and can speak to what works in practice and what doesn't
You can have a credible conversation with client leadership about what AI-first delivery actually means — what the realistic path looks like and what organizational changes are required to get there
You actively use AI tools as part of how you work and champion their adoption with your team
10+ years of experience in senior delivery leadership roles on complex enterprise engagements
Proven track record as the accountable delivery leader on large, multi-workstream programs
Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship
Travel: Up to 10 -30% depending on client needs
