About The Team

Life360 Ads combines the reach of a 100M+ MAU first-party platform with a 35,000-publisher programmatic network. The Platform Sales team sits at the intersection of client partnerships and self-service platform operations, helping advertisers onboard, activate, and grow on Life360’s platform. This is a team that moves fast, builds real advertiser relationships, and is on the front lines of growing a differentiated ads business.

About the Job

This role bridges client partnerships and operational execution, supporting revenue growth, onboarding advertisers, and driving new business opportunities within our self-service platform.

Reporting to a senior leader in Platform Operations, you will assist with client acquisition, develop strong advertiser relationships, monitor campaign performance, and contribute to platform growth initiatives.

The US-based salary range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, assess inbound leads, and manage outreach to expand our self-service advertiser base and drive growth in key verticals with a focus on outer markets and independent agencies.
• Support sales development activities including outreach, calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to drive new revenue opportunities.
• Assist clients with onboarding onto Life360’s self-service platform and provide guidance on campaign setup and execution.
• Monitor campaign performance to ensure clients are meeting their objectives, offering actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Develop trusted relationships with advertisers and agencies, understanding their marketing objectives and recommending native and content marketing solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Life360 ads platform.
• Contribute to client retention and revenue growth through ongoing education and proactive, strategic outreach.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Planners, Account Executives, and Client Success Managers to capture self-service leads, address client needs, and surface product feedback.
• Represent Life360 at client meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote our self-service platform and its differentiated value.
• Partner with your sales leader to capture real-time client feedback and industry intel that informs the platform roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in digital media, media sales, programmatic, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with native advertising, Media sales and/or ad tech platforms is required.
• Knowledge of DSP or self-service platform such as Meta or LinkedIn is required.
• Experience in a client-facing or support role with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Someone strong within digital advertising and wanting to grow within self-service platform operations.
• Willingness and ability to prospect in new markets and quickly build a book of business.
• Comfort with CRM tools, data analysis, and basic campaign performance metrics.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
