🍊Our mission
We're powering biology's century with radically faster, more reliable clinical trials. Every new treatment needs clinical trials to prove safety and efficacy, but today's infrastructure is stuck in the past- driving up cost, causing delays and ultimately meaning new treatments don’t get to patients. We're fundamentally changing that- not just being a "better CRO," but transforming how people think about developing new treatments, so patients can access breakthrough treatments faster.
Our impact speaks for itself: Since March 2021, we've powered 100+ clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients. We recently raised a $55M Series B from Balderton Capital, alongside backing from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.
🍊What's it like to work here?
When you join us, you’ll experience:
High-Impact, Mission-Driven Work: Lindus Health is disrupting an outdated industry, giving you the chance to directly improve patients’ lives and see tangible results from your work.
Fast-Paced Growth & Ownership: We recognise hard work and outcomes over anything else. You’ll take on real responsibility, work across different areas, and actively shape the company’s success.
Collaborative, No-Ego Culture: Work with smart, driven people in a supportive and informal environment. At Lindus we break down silos, fun is a core value, and creativity is encouraged.
Ready to power biology's century? We'd love to hear from you.
🍊About the Role
We're looking for a Project Lead I to take full ownership of clinical trials from setup through close-out, serving as the Trial Champion responsible for all aspects of trial delivery. This role represents a significant step into independent trial leadership, where you'll be the main point of contact for sponsors and have accountability for trial success with limited oversight from leadership.
You'll lead standard to moderately complex trials across their entire lifecycle, managing all support functions, forecasting timelines, controlling budgets, and making independent decisions on day-to-day trial operations. This is a high-autonomy role for someone ready to take the reins on trial delivery while working collaboratively across functions. You'll lead cross-functional trial teams (without direct line management), ensure compliance with GCP and internal processes, and be responsible for delivering trials to time and target.
This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
🍊About You
We'd like to hear from you if…
You bring 5+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrable project leadership experience.
You possess extremely strong core skills including project management, exceptional work ethic, ability to learn quickly, high ownership, and excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
You have a solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative and the ability to make independent decisions.
You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and can address trial challenges with appropriate guidance when needed.
You are adaptable and can respond effectively to changes in trial procedures.
You have experience managing budgets and resource forecasting.
You can work independently while managing multiple priorities and making sound judgments under limited supervision.
You have strong attention to detail and can follow established trial processes meticulously.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are proactive about staying connected with cross-functional trial teams.
You're proactive in contributing to new business opportunities and take initiative to network on behalf of the Lindus team.
You embody Lindus Health values: Be Transparent, High Agency, and Benefit Patients.
🍊What You'll Focus On
End-to-End Trial Leadership: Lead 1-2 trials with full accountability for success, serving as the main sponsor point of contact from setup to archiving. Independently manage day-to-day activities on standard to moderately complex trials, delivering to time and target in compliance with processes.
Trial Setup: Lead trial setup and all associated team members. Review/write protocols, develop documentation, manage sponsor communications, facilitate meetings, and ensure audit-ready documentation. Work with Deployment, Product, and Setup teams to ensure compliant study build creation.
Trial Conduct: Lead all team members during conduct. Ensure protocol compliance, manage recruitment/retention strategies, and lead protocol amendment activities. Oversee central monitoring, safety reporting coordination, and protocol deviation tracking with a focus on solutionising.
Trial Close-Out: Lead team members in close-out, including interim analyses, database lock, topline results, and final Clinical Study Report. Ensure all sites are closed, manage documentation, and ensure proper product/equipment reconciliation and record retention.
Budget & Timeline Management: Forecast and manage trial timelines and budgets with accountability for all deliverables and resource forecasting.
Technical Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize our proprietary platform Citrus and other tools effectively while proactively identifying and managing risks. Work collaboratively with Associate Directors, support trial team members, and contribute to company-level process improvements.
