In this position, you will serve as a compensation subject matter expert from the region supporting the global compensation programs, processes, polices and enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving through Analytics: Leverage your technical skills to design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation program decisions as well as forecast, report, and/or analyze compensation business outcomes. Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnaround.
- Regional Support to Rhythm of Business: Participate in the development of and own region support for compensation processes such as the annual review, job architecture, and other global initiatives.
- Compensation Education & Enablement: Develop and deliver educational resources, toolkits, and training for HRBPs and people managers to ensure understanding of compensation programs and processes. Drive enablement strategies that simplify complex concepts and empower informed decision-making.
- Data Audit & Integrity: Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation and equity data across systems. Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies, and implement controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Additional Projects: we’re continuously working to evolve our pay practices to ensure that we are market competitive and developing innovative solutions. This role will provide you with the ability to provide input, own and participate in projects and initiatives across all functions and locations.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, finance, HR, data analytics, and any related field.
Preferred Qualifications /Skills
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into engaging informative communication
- 3+ years of experience in analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, data modeling, data reporting)
- Advanced analytical skills and data visualization
- Ability to handle large volumes of data requiring strong detail-orientation skills to complete work accurately.
- Project/program management, technical acumen
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner and collaborate.
- Action-oriented, highly adaptable, and creative problem solver who can manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively across a complex organization
- Enthusiastic, team-first attitude; Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business.
- Experience in related systems/programs (e.g. Workday)
