The Role:
As a Senior Account Executive at Logiwa, you will be a strategic hunter and the commercial face of our AI-Powered Warehouse & Fulfillment Platform. Your mission is to secure complex, mutually high-value agreements with leading 3PLs, high-volume e-commerce brands, and disruptive DTC companies. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through a consultative sales process that demonstrates how Logiwa IO drives maximum ROI through AI-driven efficiency, rapid time-to-value, and cloud-native scalability. If you thrive on closing transformative opportunities and have a deep domain expertise in WMS, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Work closely with marketing, business development, and partnerships teams to consistently originate, qualify, and close new logos, with a focus on mid-market accounts within the 3PL, e-commerce, and high-volume DTC sectors. Drive pipeline health through both inbound conversion and dedicated outbound prospecting.
- Product Expertise: Become a deep subject matter expert on the Logiwa IO Cloud Warehouse & Fulfillment Platform, articulating the value of our AI-powered optimization, headless architecture, and rapid deployment model to C-suite and Operations leadership.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own and orchestrate the full end-to-end sales cycle, managing multiple stakeholders (Operations, IT, Finance) through complex deals that require custom solutioning, proof-of-concept, ROI, and contract negotiation.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain executive-level rapport with key decision-makers and economic buyers, becoming a true strategic partner in solving their most pressing financial and operational challenges in fulfillment and supply chain.
- Market Insight: Consistently stay informed and share industry trends and competitive landscapes to strategically position Logiwa’s solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner effectively with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations and technical scoping required to close complex deals involving multiple integrations (shipping platforms, TMS, OMS, ERP, etc).
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, track activities and prospect requirements, manage your pipeline, and provide informed sales forecasts.
What You Will Bring:
- Characteristics: An infectious attitude and competitive drive to help our customer and team win.
- Experience: 7-10+ years of successful quota attainment in a closing, new-business hunting role, specifically selling high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) B2B SaaS solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep domain expertise (required): Proven experience selling complex Cloud WMS, Fulfillment Management Systems (FMS), or comparable supply chain execution software (e.g., TMS, OMS, ERP/SCM modules).
- Approach: Consultative approach, with the commercial acumen to align technical capabilities (like AI and integration) to business value and ROI.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; adept at managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
What Will Set You Apart:
- BA/BS Degree in a related field.
- Demonstrable successful experience closing B2B SaaS products with complex discovery processes in supply chain industries (e.g., WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, etc).
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on years of experience, with a 50/50 commission split, making on target earnings $200,000 to $230,000 per year.
