The Head of HR will be responsible for hiring, retaining, and developing employees globally, including maintaining different HR platforms, coordinating and executing global programs related to talent acquisition, performance and retention, training and development, compensation & rewards across the company, employer branding, and well-being, and creating an engaging working environment for all. The job also requires a strategic understanding of change management, coaching, and working closely with the management team and trusted advisor to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR function globally across Israel, the US, and Europe.
- Lead the Talent team globally, making sure hiring plans are aligned and met in a timely manner.
- Manage HR operations across multiple systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, etc.). Develop and implement processes around professional development, onboarding, career pathing, goal setting, sourcing, employee experience, and HQ locations to drive Logz.io’s vision and mission.
- Coach and work closely with managers and employees to secure engagement and growth for the business.
- Work with the management team and drive smart HC and business decisions by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
- Oversee and manage total compensation and rewards, including the hiring plan, compensation structure and bands, employee benefits, and HR administration & compliance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Head of HR/VP of HR/HR Director in a global distributed SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience in both early-stage and growth-stage startups.
- Versatile and resilient to changes and plan adaptations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills across multiple cultures
- Deep understanding and passion for cultivating and maintaining a great culture with motivated and highly engaged employees
- Effective communicator with the ability to take feedback from team members and provide insights and action plans.
- Strategic vision and strong hands-on project management skills.
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with US HR benefits and best practices
- BSc/BA in human resources, psychology or a relevant field
- MSc/MA in human resources—an advantage
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
