Now is the perfect moment to join Luminovo! As we scale our customer base, we are seeking someone to run, own, and further develop our entire Implementation Process—laying the foundation for you to progress into the role of SaaS Implementation Team Lead.
As Implementation Manager, you'll be the trusted expert, setting up best practices, guiding customers through change, and refining our standard processes—even when challenges arise.
As Implementation Lead, your mission is to take full ownership of our Implementation Process:
Develop and optimize project methodologies, workflows, and resources
Build and maintain robust project plans, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed
Proactively identify and manage risks, escalating issues early to keep projects on track
Ensure successful go-lives, smooth transitions to Customer Success, and tangible value for every customer
This role is designed with a clear, direct progression path: as you build and scale the function, you’ll be positioned to step up as SaaS Implementation Team Lead—shaping the team, mentoring new managers, and setting the strategy for how Luminovo delivers customer success at scale.

Luminovo is the first all-in-one supply chain platform built specifically for the electronics industry. Whether it's an OEM designing or procuring electronics in-house or an EMS, with a procurement and sales team – our platform helps them control their complete electronics supply chain.
You'll work closely with
Markus Gorke (Head of Customer Success and your manager),
fellow Implementation Managers (as our team grows),
and other teams (incl. Solution Engineering, Product Enablement, etc.) sharing insights and feedback to continually improve our approach.
Act as a confident subject matter expert, communicating clearly and precisely to help customers understand and successfully apply our solution.
Guide customers through change, especially when they resist standard processes—demonstrating the value of our approach and helping them adopt new ways of working.
Ensure successful go-lives and handoffs by enabling customers to use the platform effectively and realize the value we promised, setting them up for a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
Drive overall project success & health by owning structured, realistic project plans where every stakeholder knows what needs to happen and when.
Identify risks early and escalate effectively, presenting issues factually and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
Own and continuously improve our end-to-end implementation process, ensuring methods, tools, and resources support Luminovo’s growth objectives.
Establish a strong feedback loop by sharing insights, improvements, and tools with the Product team, CSM, Marketing, and internal sponsors—ensuring the entire organization benefits from your learnings.
We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.
You'll mainly work with German-speaking and English-speaking customers from various territories. Being fluent in 🇩🇪 German and 🇬🇧 English is therefore a must for this role. Any other language is, of course, a big plus.
