Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or social media management.
High proficiency and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut) is a big plus.
Experience with B2B marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting) is a big plus.
Experience with marketing software/platforms (e.g., Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English (Fluent) - All interviews will be conducted in English!
Have a strong eye for design, layout, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to review performance data and suggest improvements.
High flexibility in working hours to align with US operations, global team schedules, and dynamic campaign launch timelines.
Location: Home office
Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (Eastern Time)
Travelling might be required.
