Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As a Senior CDP Consultant, you'll help leading brands unlock the full value of their customer data by designing, implementing, and optimising Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions that power personalised customer experiences.
Working directly with clients, you'll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution—helping organisations unify customer data, improve identity resolution, enable audience activation, and build scalable customer data foundations across their Martech ecosystem.
You'll collaborate with CRM, Data, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical customer data solutions, ensuring data is structured, accessible, and ready to power personalised engagement across every customer touchpoint.
Whether clients are implementing a new CDP, optimising an existing platform, or modernising their customer data architecture, you'll act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey.
What Will You Do?
- Partner with clients to understand their customer data strategy, business objectives, and marketing use cases
- Design and implement customer data solutions using Customer Data Platforms and modern Martech technologies
- Define customer data models, identity resolution strategies, audience segmentation, and customer profile architecture
- Translate business and CRM requirements into scalable customer data solutions that enable personalisation and lifecycle marketing
- Support the implementation and optimisation of customer data pipelines, integrations, and activation workflows across CDPs and engagement platforms
- Work closely with CRM, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure customer data is accurate, governed, and activation-ready
- Guide clients on best practices for customer data governance, consent management, and data quality
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and client presentations, providing strategic recommendations and technical guidance throughout delivery
- Stay up to date with emerging Customer Data Platform technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve client solutions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms, Martech, CRM, or Customer Data solutions
- Strong consulting experience in client-facing roles within a consultancy, agency, SaaS business, or enterprise B2C organisation
- Experience working with one or more Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Adobe RTCDP, Treasure Data, Bloomreach, Hightouch, ActionIQ, Zeotap, Salesforce Data Cloud, or similar
- Strong understanding of customer identity resolution, customer profiles, audience segmentation, event data, consent management, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable customer data architectures and activation strategies
- Good understanding of CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Iterable, or similar
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyse, validate, and troubleshoot customer data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams to deliver business-focused customer data solutions
- English proficiency at C1 level
Desirable
- Experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or modern cloud data platforms
- Familiarity with Reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census
- Experience working with loyalty platforms, CRM strategy, or customer journey orchestration
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations, consent management, and customer data governance
- Experience delivering customer data transformation projects within retail, eCommerce, financial services, travel, or other B2C industries
