The Senior Technical Solutions Architect supports successful sales engagements by providing advanced technical expertise across MCG’s products and platform. Partnering with Sales Executives and clinician-led Sales Solution Architects, this client-facing role translates customer technical requirements into scalable, secure solution designs that align with integration architectures, implementation approaches, application environments, and security needs.
Serving as a liaison between customer technical stakeholders and MCG’s Product, Engineering, Security, and Implementation teams, the role focuses on integration and deployment topics such as interoperability, AI models, security protocols, and deployment models, building customer confidence and supporting long-term adoption throughout the sales cycle.

Pay Range:$111,000 - $155,400
Other compensation: Variable Pay Eligible up to $25,000(estimated, plan document will be created post offer)
