In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel and regional clinic schedules, communicate scheduling updates, oversee court appearance requests, and provide high-quality administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare administration, executive support, or appointment coordination will be highly regarded.
