If you are an Allied Health Professional with a background in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling, we'd love to hear from you!

Some of your day to day includes:

• Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce;
• Provide vocational counselling services to support injured workers utilising your motivational interviewing skills.
• Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence;
• Apply and deliver customer service in employment services and job placement;
• Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment;
• Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations; 
• Complete written progress and various other reports on a regular basis.

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Provisional or Full AHPRA registration, Full ESSA EP Accreditation or Full ASORC Accreditation or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
• A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers;
• The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
• Current driver licence and motor vehicle.
