Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workflow orchestration capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the agentic enterprise vision

• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and product differentiation in business process orchestration

• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for workflows and microflows, balancing customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements to the Workflow portfolio

• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption across enterprise customers

• Manage product-market fit by closely engaging with key customers and user communities to validate product concepts, gather feedback, and build strong relationships

• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize product outcomes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for platforms, frameworks, or developer experiences

• Strong understanding of business process orchestration, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code development platforms

• Demonstrated success innovating for and together with customers, including management of product-market fit

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment

• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product strategy

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in generative AI, agentic AI, or business process orchestration through education, software development experience, or personal projects

• Familiarity with the Mendix platform or low-code development ecosystems

• Experience in enterprise software or SaaS product management

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is € 69,100.00-  €134,400.00 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
