What we’re looking for:

• 1–6 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Fixed Income, or Liquid Loans, ideally at leading financial institutions.

• Strong expertise in debt origination, structuring, syndication, and execution of bonds or loans.

• Detailed understanding of market trends, investor communications, and transaction documentation.

• Proficiency with financial analysis tools and platforms commonly used in DCM (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel).
  

Project Info (Requirements):

• Remote asynchronous contract.

• Contribute to a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. Advance AI’s capabilities in debt capital markets and fixed income workflows.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design complex scenarios for the structuring and syndication of liquid loan and bond transactions to advance AI capabilities.

• Build, adapt, and annotate financial deal models and transaction documentation.

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to fixed income/debt capital markets for accuracy and practical relevance.
