This position offers a unique chance to work in Greece, providing outstanding customer support while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of this vibrant country. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries regarding cloud services and solutions, all communicated effectively in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to cloud services, technical specifications, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information on cloud offerings, pricing, and benefits to prospective and existing customers.
• Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing their services.
• Resolve technical issues and customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective management and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in cloud technology to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the IT or cloud services industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to comprehend cloud solutions and services efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
