Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to digital wallet services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information about features, benefits, and security protocols to enhance customer understanding.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution with their digital wallets.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate solutions and support.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in digital payment solutions to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or digital wallet sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital payment technologies is a plus.
