Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and support requests regarding products, orders, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information on product specifications, order status, and marketplace policies.

• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about online marketplace trends and platform updates to provide relevant support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce setting.
