Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding subscription services through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide support for account management, billing questions, and service features.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and enhancing their subscription experience.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions that promote customer satisfaction effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest service updates and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a subscription-based or tech-related environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
