Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to health tech products and services.
• Assist customers with account management, product usage, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to resolve complex customer queries efficiently.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Monitor customer feedback and gather insights to help improve our products and services.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in health technology and our product offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the health tech or medical device industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and health tech products is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a dynamic cultural experience!
