This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about financial technology and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Spanish, addressing their inquiries and helping them navigate payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to payment solutions, transactions, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Provide accurate information on payment processing, fees, and related services.
- Assist customers with transaction inquiries and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs proactively.
- Stay informed about industry trends and payment solutions to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the payment processing or financial technology sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to address inquiries and complaints effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with payment systems and customer service software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
