Branding & Communication Specialist

The Branding & Communication Specialist will contribute to the development and implementation of METRO’s marketing communication campaigns, supporting the full campaign lifecycle from planning and coordination to execution and performance evaluation.

What will you do?

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, from initial planning and briefing through execution, monitoring and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.
• Support the development and implementation of METRO’s communication plans, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand strategy, business priorities and customer needs.
• Coordinate 360° campaign touchpoints across relevant channels, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with creative, strategic and production agencies, including briefing, planning, timelines, deliverables, costs, execution and performance follow-up.
• Coordinate marketing activities & cross department teams for all agreed strategic commercial campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using relevant KPIs and insights to assess effectiveness, identify learnings and support future campaign decisions.
• Maintain an accurate overview of marketing campaigns, including plans, timelines, budgets, costs and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate the campaign workflow and implementation, proactively identifying potential challenges and ensuring alignment between all stakeholders involved.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure effective campaign development and implementation.
• Support the administrative management of campaigns, including budget follow-up, supplier costs and invoice processing.

 

Knowledge

• Understanding of integrated/360° marketing campaigns and different communication channels.
• Good understanding of marketing, branding and communication principles.
• Basic understanding of campaign performance measurement, KPIs and marketing budgets.
