The Director, Medical Value & Outcomes (MVO) is a highly trained, field-based scientific expert responsible for engaging healthcare professionals and external decision makers through the exchange of clinical, scientific, economic, and research information related to Mineralys’ products and pipeline. The Director, MVO establishes, cultivates, and maintains professional relationships with key stakeholders—including healthcare professionals (HCPs), medical thought leaders, payors, managed care organizations, integrated delivery networks, and government entities.
In close partnership with the Market Access team, the Director, MVO supports strategic and tactical engagement with payors and key population-health decision makers. All activities are conducted in a scientifically objective and compliant manner, consistent with local, state, and national regulations, and industry guidelines.
This role functions as a core member of the Field Medical Affairs team and as a cross-functional collaborator who provides therapeutic area expertise, communicates value-based evidence, and delivers actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Travel
Travel approximately ~20–30%, including domestic and occasional international travel to scientific congresses, investigator meetings, advisory boards, field team visits, Medical Affairs planning sessions, and cross-functional onsite meetings.
These positions are eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401K, as well as participating in Mineralys incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
US Salary Range: $225,000 - $240,000
