About the Role:
As a Sales Data Engineering Manager you will be part of the core data team building out world class sales data products that will drive Motive Sales. You will be working on the intersection of all data streams in the company and support our reps globally. You will partner closely with both the Sales, Product, & Marketing teams. We are seeking strong team players who thrive on innovation and continuous improvement. We pride ourselves on our culture, and ability to work effectively across a highly diversified team.
Responsibilities:
Build data roadmap for the sales data engineering team building both internal and external data products.
Drive innovation in our sales data products with the application of AI in both the processes we work on to the products we deliver.
Build teams to scale out our maturing set of analytics products.
Be deeply technical and continue to code and drive technical standards within the team.
Architect and design data models in collaboration with data and product teams.
Communicate effectively and drive strategy across multiple teams and projects.
