OVERVIEW
Movement Strategy is looking for a Senior Art Director to bring social-first, visually compelling creative to life for a high-profile lifestyle and retail account. Reporting to a Creative Director, you’ll help shape and lead the visual direction of the work, developing elevated, platform-native creative that brings home, design, and product storytelling to life across social channels.
This role sits at the intersection of retail, lifestyle, and culture, with opportunities to create across seasonal moments, tentpole campaigns, and ongoing content streams. As a Senior AD, you’ll own creative executions end-to-end, contribute meaningfully to concept development, and help raise the bar on craft, consistency, and creative quality across the account.
You are a strong visual thinker with social agency experience and a portfolio that shows excellent craft, taste, and attention to detail. You’re comfortable concepting alongside creative partners, translating ideas into standout design and content, and iterating quickly in a fast-moving environment. You understand how to create for social platforms, how to stay tapped into cultural trends, and how to bring energy, style, and intention to every piece of work.

SALARY & COMPENSATION
In compliance with local and state law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles that will be performed in New York City, Colorado, and California. The range listed is just one component of Movement Strategy’s total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, years of relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses held. Movement Strategy prides itself on providing competitive salaries and actively works to ensure there is pay equity across the company.
Pay Range: $90-100k salary per year
