Join us as a Business Development Manager to support and grow our partner ecosystem across the domain registry and TLD ecosystem. You’ll manage relationships with existing registry partners and proactively negotiate new partnerships that unlock exclusive domain extensions, preferential commercial terms, and differentiated offers for Namecheap customers.
Important: This is not a sales role. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in the domain name, hosting, DNS, or internet infrastructure ecosystem, who have negotiated partnership terms, pricing, promotions, or exclusivity with external partners. Candidates from purely quota-carrying sales backgrounds will not be a fit for this role.
Location: 100% remote (EU based)
The Interview Process: 3 stages - 45 min HR conversation -> Home Task -> 1h Panel Interview
Reporting to: Marina Savina, Product Manager
Your team: Cross-functional team of 40+ across Marketing, BI, Finance, UX, Operations, and Engineering, plus one direct report.

What will be your responsibilities?
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.
Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, addressing needs and resolving issues proactively.
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.
Develop outreach strategies and lead negotiations to secure new exclusive deals.
Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
Ensure partnerships deliver measurable value, exclusivity, and competitive advantage.
Recommend new partnership models and growth initiatives based on market research.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or related roles.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
